Capitalized terms not defined in these Service Specific Terms have the meaning stated in the G Suite Agreement or Google Cloud Master Agreement Services Schedule - G Suite that is part of the Google Cloud Master Agreement (or other agreement governing use of G Suite).
- 1. Google Vault. The following terms apply only to Google Vault:
1.1 Retention. If Customer uses Google Vault, Google will have no obligation to retain any archived Customer Data beyond the retention period specified by Customer (other than for any legal holds). If Customer does not renew purchase and use of Google Vault, Google will have no obligation to retain any archived Customer Data.
